Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made within the next two business days after receipt of payment via UPS between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM and must be received by you personally.

Items exceeding a value of €25,000 will be shipped via Prosegur. Due to the high security requirements, we cannot provide you with a tracking number or guarantee a specific delivery date in this case. The item must be received by you personally upon delivery.

Payment Methods

Bank Transfer
After placing your order, you will receive all necessary payment details. Please use the order number as the reference. Your order will be shipped only after receipt of payment. A real-time transfer at our store is also possible.

Cash Payment upon Collection
You can settle the total amount at our store in Berlin either in cash or by card payment.
