Case and Material
The Rolex Deepsea 136660 features a 44 mm Oyster case in stainless steel (Oystersteel). The unidirectional rotatable bezel is equipped with a scratch-resistant Cerachrom ceramic insert and a 60-minute graduation. The case is constructed according to the Ringlock system and features an automatic helium escape valve. The screw-down Triplock crown and robust case architecture ensure water resistance to 3,900 meters.
Dial and Special Features
The dial is equipped with applied hour markers and luminous hands. The Chromalight display ensures optimal legibility in the dark and underwater. The date display is located at 3 o’clock and is magnified by the Cyclops lens in the sapphire crystal.
Bracelet and Clasp
The watch is equipped with a stainless steel Oyster bracelet. The Oysterlock safety folding clasp features the Glidelock system for fine adjustment as well as the Fliplock extension for wearing over a diving suit.
Movement
Inside beats the automatic Rolex manufacture caliber 3235 with a power reserve of approx. 70 hours. The movement is designed for high precision, shock resistance, and reliability.
