Case and Material
The GMT-Master II Ref. 126720VTNR is a true novelty in Rolex history – not only due to its striking color scheme, but also because of the unusual positioning of the crown. The 40 mm Oyster case is made of Rolex’s particularly resistant Oystersteel and is waterproof to 100 meters. The bidirectional rotatable 24-hour bezel features a Cerachrom insert in green and black – a color combination first introduced in 2022 that immediately earned the nickname “Sprite”.

Dial and Functions
The deep black dial is clearly structured in typical Rolex fashion and impresses with excellent legibility. The striking indices and Mercedes hands are coated with Chromalight and glow intensely in the dark. The additional green 24-hour hand allows for the simultaneous reading of a second time zone – ideal for travelers and globetrotters. The date display at 9 o’clock (mirrored from the standard position) is another characteristic feature of this model.

Bracelet and Clasp
The watch is equipped with a classic Jubilee bracelet in stainless steel. The robust Oysterlock safety folding clasp prevents accidental opening, while the Easylink system allows for a quick 5 mm extension – for optimal wearing comfort under changing conditions.

Movement
Inside works the automatic manufacture caliber 3285 with Chronergy escapement, a 70-hour power reserve, and a non-magnetic Parachrom hairspring. It is precise, shock-resistant, and designed for longevity – naturally COSC-certified and featuring Rolex’s own Superlative Chronometer certification.
